Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not offer refunds.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by The Foyer, please contact us at orders@the-foyer.co within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or other resolution at no additional cost.

Variations in color, placement, size, or appearance that are consistent with the approved proof, product description, or normal printing and production processes are not considered defects.

Order Changes

We begin preparing each order shortly after it is placed. If you need to request a change to your order, please contact us at orders@the-foyer.co within 24 hours of purchase and we will do our best to accommodate it.

Because each order is made to order, we are unable to offer refunds. Once designs have been approved and sent to production, no further changes can be made.

Changes to or cancellation of your event, including changes to your event date, do not qualify an order for a refund.

Approved Proofs

The Foyer is not responsible for errors, misspellings, incorrect information, or design details included in a proof that was approved by you or automatically approved in accordance with the Proofs & Approval section of our Terms & Conditions. Reprints requested due to an error included in an approved proof will be at your expense.

Shipping Issues

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped. The Foyer is not responsible for carrier delays, address changes or corrections made by a shipping carrier, or packages that are delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided with your order.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
